The difference between high platform ball valve and ordinary ball valve
The high-platform ball valve is an evolution of the ordinary ball valve. It has all the functions of a common ball valve, and is more beautiful and more refined than a normal ball valve.
It is very convenient to install electric or pneumatic actuators with platform ball valves. It also saves costs without racks, improves production efficiency, and greatly improves the stability between valves and actuators.
The performance is also very stable in use, it will not affect the application of the whole valve because the bracket is loose or the coupling clearance is too large. Or ordinary ball valves can’t do it.
High-platform ball valves can be fitted with actuators directly, while ordinary ball valves require an upper bracket to hold the actuator. The high platform ball valve and the flange gate valve are the same type of valve. The difference is that the closing member is a sphere, and the ball rotates around the center line of the valve body to open and close the valve. The ball valve is mainly used in the pipeline to cut, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium.
